What type of content can I upload onto Wetu as an agent, operator or DMC?
As an operator, agent or DMC, you can upload text, images, documents, supplier details, videos, and your own branding to build itineraries that feel tailored and professional.
What type of content can I upload onto Wetu as a product offering/supplier?
Suppliers can upload text descriptions, high-quality images, virtual tours, PDFs, facilities, fast facts, booking links, contact details, and embed YouTube or Vimeo videos to showcase their property, restaurant, or activity.
Is Wetu cloud-based?
Yes. Wetu is fully cloud-based and works from your desktop or laptop with an internet connection. Itineraries and iBrochures are accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Do you offer any training?
Yes. Every new customer is assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager to guide them through the first 30 days. Our Success team and Support Desk are always available for ongoing adoption, best practices, and technical support.
What is the billing cycle?
Yes. Billing is monthly in advance on the first day of the month, but you can also choose quarterly, bi-annual, or annual billing. Annual subscribers receive their 12th month free.
